Tradeophecy LLC ("Tradeophecy," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Tradeophecy® platform, available at tradeophecy.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. We also collect your investment experience level, which you provide during registration.
  • Billing & Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not store your full credit or debit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data on our servers. Stripe collects and stores payment card details in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We may receive and store billing address information and the last four digits of your payment method as provided by Stripe.
  • Investment Strategy Configuration: As required to use the Platform, you provide your personal investment strategy settings, recommendation engine preferences, sensitivity thresholds, and related configuration data. This data is used solely to power your personalized experience on the Platform.
  • Brokerage Account Data (via Plaid): If you connect external brokerage or financial institution accounts, we use Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to securely link those accounts. Plaid may collect financial account information on our behalf subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy.
  • Usage & Log Data: We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and actions taken on the Platform to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Communications: If you contact us via our contact form, email, or phone, we retain records of those communications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create, maintain, and provide access to your account on the Platform;
  • Process subscription payments and manage your billing relationship through Stripe;
  • Power your personalized investment recommendation engine based on your configured strategy;
  • Send transactional communications such as account verification, receipts, and service notifications;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity and ensure platform security;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations;
  • Improve and develop the Platform's features and functionality.

3. Payment Processing – Stripe

All subscription payments on the Platform are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to any plan on Tradeophecy, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe may collect, use, and share your payment information as described in its own policies. Tradeophecy LLC is not responsible for Stripe's data practices.


4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Plaid for brokerage connectivity, Firebase/Google for authentication and data storage, and AI providers for analysis features), subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account cancellation, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure authentication (including multi-factor authentication), and access controls, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
